The construction of parts

The combination of practical experience from team workshops and many dozens of races, and our experience gained from studying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Liberec, allows us to create modern designs and systems while maintaining the principles of maximum efficiency, long life and a reasonable price.

We specialize in manufacturing disc brake adaptors and disc calliper adaptors, driving seat holders, radiators, axle housings, control arms, chassis parts, exhausts, metal tanks, floors, foot rests, propulsion system and chassis protection (skids), special holders.

We use plasma and laser cutting technologies, milling and lathing using a CNC machine, coordinate milling of metals, lathing, milling and drilling with conventional machines, and TIG and MIG welding.

We can consult solutions with you, prepare a 2D or 3D design for you, create a strength analysis using a finite element method, produce a prototype or a functional sample, and arrange the production, assembly and technical documentation.
